The Test of Variables of Attention (T.O.V.A) is a tool used for patients who are presenting symptoms of Attention Deficit Disorder with Hyperactivity (ADHD). This is a computerized test that provides objective measurements of attention and inhibitory control. It is a neuropsychological noninvasive form of assessing ADHD symptoms in patients. This type of assessment takes 30 minutes to complete and in return it provides a detailed report of where the patient ranges in their ADHD. The results are created the same day and are discussed with the psychiatrist at your next visit.
